Lucky 2020 - Terms & Conditions

♦ The promotion period is from 1 February 2020 until 30 April 2020 (both dates inclusive) ("the Promotion Period"). The promotion period may be changed by Win Mobile World at its discretion.

♦ All entries received before or after the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified. (i.e. customers who bought within Feb, they can only participate until (11:59 PM) of 29th Feb).

♦ The Lucky draw will be held once for a month.

♦ The prizes for the monthly lucky draw are as follows:

     • 8 x First Prize – 1,000,000 MMK (1 Million x 8) in cash

     • 3 x Second Prize – MI Android Smart TV (Full Display) 43-inch

     • 5 x Third Prize – JBL Charge 4 (Portable Bluetooth Speakers)

     • 5 x Fourth Prize – OSMO Mobile 3 (Foldable Mobile Gimbal)

     • 8 x 5 x Fifth Prize – Beats X (Beats by Dr. Dre Earphone)

     • 100 x Consolation Prize – Huawei Premium Wireless Charger

♦ Winners shall be selected at random, by broadcasting Facebook Live and announce on Win Mobile World’s Official Facebook Page and Website.

♦ Customers who are eligible to participate in this promotion need to purchase over 100,000 MMK

♦ Customers need to fill require information exactly and keep purchased invoices from Win Mobile World within the period of the promotion.

♦ Customers will get one lucky chance for any purchase of 100,000 MMK on the same invoice. (if you buy 200,000 MMK you will get two lucky chances)

♦ Winners must present their National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport and purchased invoice (original) to get prizes.

♦ Winners need to contact Win Mobile World directly by phone or Facebook Messenger to collect the prize in person.

♦ Win Mobile World will not be issued the prizes, if winners can’t come in person, on behalf of them, they need the winner’s letter of authority, winner’s NRC/Passport (Copy) and original purchased invoice.

♦ No matter what, winners will not get prizes if their purchased invoice (original) was lost or destroyed or damaged or split or corrected by themselves.

♦ All participants in the promotion expressly consent to public disclosure of their names, photos, and particulars for publicity purposes connected to the Promotion. Winners of the Promotion also consent to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by Win Mobile World.

♦ By participating in the Promotion, the participants consent to their personal data being used by Win Mobile World for all purposes related to the Promotion.

♦ The participants acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Win Mobile World disclaims all liabilities for any claims for damages, losses, costs and/or expenses arising from participation in the Contest.

♦ Win Mobile World reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or substitute the prize draws of the Promotion without prior notice.

♦ Employees of Win Mobile World and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw are not eligible to enter the promotion.

♦ In the event of any inconsistencies between the English terms & conditions and the Myanmar terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
